Full Time Long Term Year 2 Teacher, Druids Heath, Birmingham B14:

Hello there this is Josh from Aspire People are recruiting for a Year 2 Supply Teacher to join our tea.

You will be working with a 'good' primary school in Druids Heath, Birmingham. The school is a medium sized, two form entry primary school, with strong local community.

The successful Year 2 Supply Teacher will be required to work Monday - Friday, on a long-term basis, the school are looking to recruit a supply teacher to start before Easter.

You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teacher (ECTs) and Newly Qualified Teacher (NQTs) are encouraged to apply.

The Year 2 Supply Teacher Role
As this is a long-term Year 2 Supply Teacher role, this would include full class teaching responsibilities including planning, marking and assessments, as well as:
Attend necessary staff meetings.
Full time hours 8:20 - 3:45 Monday - Friday.
Build relationships with the pupil, parents, and staff.
Follow school policy regarding behaviour management and safeguarding.
Up to date curriculum knowledge.
To plan and deliver creative and exciting lessons to the Year 2 class.
To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant
To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils in-line with the school's policy.
Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1).
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
A strong school reference from your most recent employer.
