Permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £19,650 to £20,043 per annum (Grade D) | Norwich
We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, proficient and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to the busy Family Support Team within Children's Services.
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word and ability learn in-house database systems.
- Excellent telephone manner essential.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Experience of financial processes and procedures.
- Ability to organise meetings, take and produce minutes (this is a substantial part of the role)
- Work well within a team environment.
- Awareness of data protection and information management.
