About the Role

• This position involves preparing documents for scanning by removing staples, assessing document quality, handling them appropriately, indexing scanned documents to the appropriate document management system ensuring quality checks are completed on all images.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of security and safe storage of client documentation while working closely with various departments providing ad-hoc scanning support when needed.
