Formed in 1893, Hurtigruten Group is the world's leading adventure travel group. We have 2,400+ employees worldwide, representing more than 50 nationalities.

The Group consists of 3 business units:
HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions), Hurtigruten Norway, and Hurtigruten Svalbard which offer unique small-ship and land-based adventures from pole-to-pole.

Offering big adventures on our six small, custom-built ships, HX explores hundreds of destinations in over 40 countries across 5 continents.

HX is currently in the process of separating from the wider Hurtigruten Group to deliver our strategic aims.

A phased separation approach will be implemented over the course of 2024, resulting in HX operating as an independent Group with its own Technology solutions in place.


Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

Writing and managing campaign briefs, including development of creative concepts and planning A/B testing

Sourcing campaign assets with the support of a designer

Testing and QA to ensure campaign accuracy

Analysis and reporting of campaign to optimise campaign revenue and engagement

Close collaboration with markets and teams across the business

Work to increase customer segmentation and personalisation

Test and learn from campaign activity


Academic and professional qualifications:

Experience in CRM
Preferably experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Adobe Photoshop experience.
Strong initiative, ability to work independently, and deadline driven.
Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communicator and a high level of professionalism working within a team.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and create improved efficiency.

Hybrid Explorer ships
Hurtigruten has two hybrid-electric powered expedition cruise ships that offer a 20% reduction of fuel consumption.


Beach cleanups


Hurtigruten Expedition Teams encourage guests to take part in beach clean-ups, which results in several metric tonnes of trash every year being removed.


Hurtigruten Foundation
The Foundation specialises in the conservation of endangered species, fighting against marine and plastic pollution.
