IT and Digital Service Partner
Location Hybrid Hampshire
Salary £45,000 - £50,000

Providing a critical strategic and business focus to the activities of the IT and Digital Service, acting as the primary service representative on strategic IT/Digital enabled business change across the organisation.

To ensure appropriate business justification of all IT investments and play a key advisory role in the procurement and implementation of IT and business systems.

The role

IT business partnering and relationship management services across the business
Oversees the delivery of the ITenabled business change objectives and ensures that these are incorporated into the overall IT work programme/road map
Contributing key input and experience from (but not limited to) the following specialisms:
Business Analysis;
Options Appraisals / Feasibility Studies;
Procurement / Contract Management;
Project and Programme Management;
IT Strategy Development

Your Experience

Professional qualification or equivalent proven experience in a business partnering role.
Experience of managing large IT related projects and the successful delivery of the expected outcomes.
Experience of working at a strategic level with key stakeholders.
Experience of financial budgeting, planning, forecasting, analytics and management reporting across complex service environments
Proven ability to communicate with colleagues with varying levels of IT skills in potentially pressured circumstances
Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and to work collaboratively as a member of a team
Experience with accountability for successful service delivery across several disciplines within an ITILbased IT environment.
Proven ability to prioritise and categorise work to meet service level agreement targets and other priorities.
Ability to manage contracts with suppliers of business software and services
