Our client are looking for an Instructional Designer to join their growing team to design a diverse range of innovative learning solutions. You will be able to showcase your ability in impactful learning design.

Responsibilities

:


  • Scope, define learning outcomes and design compelling digital and blended learning courses
  • Design eLearning, produce storyboards and scripts
  • Visualise creative solutions and structure comprehensive storyboards
  • Ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered on time and communication is concise throughout the process

Skills

:


  • Knowledge of the full learning lifecycle
  • Ability to understand technical concepts
  • Confident liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and best practices
  • Proactive with strong problem
- solving skills

  • Commercial awareness

Experience

:


  • Experience in an instructional design role, designing high quality blended, digital and online learning solutions
  • Proven track record of developing highquality elearning strategies and managing senior stakeholders
  • Experience in designing for development in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline

Education

:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
