Responsibilities:


  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, tax advice and trust matters.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Providing an excellent level of client care.
  • Oversee the administration of estates, including dealing with inheritance tax matters and obtaining probate where required.
  • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other relevant parties to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate case records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Attend client meetings and consultations to discuss legal matters, offer strategic advice, and address any concerns.
  • Networking and business development.
