We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join our clients experienced team.The purpose of this role is to offer high level administrative support to the Advisers.
You will have primary responsibility for supporting the new clientsales process, liaising with Advisers, Management & Clients to deliver the highest possible service to all.
- Management, monitoring and chasing of business submission through to case completion.
- Produce meeting packs and portfolio reports for client meetings
- Supervise and manage all of your new case submissions to paraplanning ensuring file is complete
- Liaise with Advisers to resolve difficult case queries
- Liaise with Business Operations Managers regularly to discuss issues & communicate fresh information
- Process & manage Letters of Authority, collecting full information & adding information to Intelliflo
- Actively liaise with Paraplanners on upcoming reports for clients
- Print and package Suitability Reports for Client meetings
- Provide suitable updates to advisers on pending cases
