An opportunity has arisen for a 12 month Fixed Term/Secondment within the Imaging Business Unit to be a Pathway Team Leader to support in the Service development.

This is a great opportunity to expand on your leadership knowledge and experience. You will be working alongside a team of administrators and clinical staff.


We are looking for a highly experienced individual who has experience of using different trust systems, managing and monitoring patient pathways, alongside working independently as well as in a team.


You will need to have excellent demonstrable communication & relationship skills, be an enthusiastic & motivated leader & team player, with problem solving skills.

You will require high levels of tact, diplomacy & confidentiality, with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to enabling you to day to day manage.

The main duties include;

  • Implementing and developing admin protocols and processes.
  • Supporting in training and developing our admin teams.
  • Recruitment and retention of admin staffing.
  • Collaborative working with both clinical and non clinical colleagues to develop our Community Diagnostic Centres.
  • Working alongside Pathway Team Leader colleagues to maintain and develop our service.
  • Cross site working at UHDB.(University Hospitals of Derby and Burton)
