We have partnered with a really exciting travel company based in Bristol who provide bespoke travel packages for individuals and groups looking to visit Japan and East Asia.

They are looking for a new Sales Team Leader to join their growing team and support the consultants in providing amazing service to new clients.

If you have experience managing a team within the travel industry then this is not a role to miss.

What you'll be doing

Lead a team of travel consultants to achieve great conversion rates.
Manage the team effectively to respond to inbound enquiries.
Implement sales procedures, and policy.
Deliver effective training to the team.
Work to ensure KPIs are met across the team.
Actively take part in the recruitment and training of new employees.

What you'll need to apply

Experience within a sales environment, ideally within the travel industry.
A history effectively managing a team.
