Job description - Retrofit Assessor

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Location:
We cover the whole of the UK, therefore it may involve travel and working away from home.


Qualifications

  • DEA
  • Retrofit Assessor in line with PAS2035

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake on site energy assessments and retrofit assessments as required.
  • Drawing up accurate floor plans of each property and submitting inline with retrofit compliance.
  • Produce energy performance reports.
  • Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with Retrofit Coordinators and designers.
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork, including the daily upload of surveys, including pictures and floor plans.
  • Undertake all works within remit.

Requirements:


  • Must hold a Retrofit Assessor qualification.
  • Previous experience in a Retrofit Assessor role.
  • Must have experience of working within the Eco industry.
  • Ideally have experience of working in the residential sector.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage own time and workload.
  • Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Flexibility.
  • Confident using different technology systems.
  • Good problemsolving skills able to analyse problems and make sound decisions.
  • A full UK driver's licence

Salary:
Excellent rates of pay, DOE.
