As a Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the test team, ensuring the successful delivery of development projects, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the testing process.

• Leading the test team with a clear vision, plan, and strategy
• Ensuring timely project delivery meeting business and user requirements
• Implementing and improving test processes and strategies
• Creating and maintaining automation frameworks
• Coaching the team and providing regular reports to senior management
• Managing stakeholder engagement and communication
• Identifying and managing defects across all phases
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills

• Experience in manual, NFR, automation testing
• Experience with Jira, Selenium, Tosca, Zephyr
• Experience as a leader
• Experience with test planning, reporting, defect management, test data tooling
• Previous experience working in banking or financial area, preferably in fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of security concepts such as IAM, SailPoint

• The role is remote, with occasional visits to Krakow's office, potential hire is expected to live in Poland
