Design Manager

Pre construction Design Manager required for Education projects to the value of circa £25mil

This is a freelance contract that has the possibility of temp to perm.

Based in surrey (Guildford area) you will join the pre construction team working on Education projects.

Starting from a blank sheet, there will be a lot of data management, a lot of information management, CEM process and ensuring MIDP (Master InformationDelivery Plan) is aligned with BIM.

Applicants will need to have previous experience of Department of Education frameworks
