The Supply Room is currently looking for a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to work with secondary aged students at a South Bristol school.

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will face the challenge of supporting students who may struggle with attendance, behaviour, and academic performance due to their social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Your impact on their lives and education will be invaluable, making this role incredibly fulfilling and satisfying.
Responsibilities include:
- Using creative and engaging teaching techniques to help students improve their understanding and confidence in their learning
- Developing and implementing tailored strategies to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to help students achieve their academic and personal goals
- Collaborating with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to create a holistic support system for each student
- Promoting positive behaviour and attendance by establishing strong rapport with students and motivating them to engage with their education
- until July 2024, recommencing in September 2024. Term Time Only, Monday to Friday. This role has an immediate start.
