As a
Product Owner within TelXLs Product Management team, you will be aligned with one of our Product Managers responsible for our new omnichannel CCaaS product (Cxp).

Youll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our ambitious and industry-leading product vision, strategy, roadmap and quarterly plans.

Championing User Centred Design (UCD) and working in an Agile environment, youll take ownership of the user stories, tasks, backlog planning/management and reporting, while advocating as the voice of the customer (VOC), to ensure the development team understand and delivers whats planned, both efficiently and accurately.


_ Job Purpose:
_


  • Accurately and efficiently executing the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and quarterly plans by leading a development team on behalf of the Product Manager.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager ensuring the features/epics and wireframes are turned into user stories and then advocating as voice of the customer during the sprint.
  • Drive the development team to deliver the required work through backlog prioritisation and management, leading refinements, and eliminating blockers
  • Reporting on performance against plans, communicating in a timely fashion when deliverables will not be met, and identifying the issues causing the delays and seeking resolution.
  • Support and advocate the quarterly GTM of new features across the business, through demonstrations and knowledge transfer, to drive awareness, understanding and adoption.

_ Key Responsibilities:
_


  • You will need to understand the Product Managers vision, strategy, roadmap, quarterly plans, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs),
  • Translating feature/epics, combined with UI/UX Managers wireframes (e.g. low & high fidelity), into executable user stories and effective refinements.
  • Working with QA to develop acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain availability throughout sprints to developers to answer questions, provide clarity and context ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Ownership, prioritisation and management of the backlog.
  • Lead refinements, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Ensuring bigpicture and crossfunctional understanding, awareness, and alignment.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate reporting on performance against plans and targets
  • Work with the team to continuously identify and improve practises, templates, policies, and partnerships to create a sustainable and transparent Product and Technology team.
  • Be prepared to hold difficult conversations, clearly communicating issues and expected outcomes, to drive resolution.
  • Support the Senior Product Manager and UI/UX Managers with primary and secondary market research, analysis & validation (strategic).
  • Ownership of new features, ensuring they work as required, and pushing back if they arent up to standard
  • Play an active role in gotomarket (GTM) of new features ensuring that all stakeholders (sales/support/ training), understand the features and can sell it, deploy it, support it and train our customers to use it.
  • Ability to demonstrate to product internally and externally when required
  • Build reports in PowerBI or thirdparty software providers (APIs)
