CSP Recruitment is looking for a Factory Operative to start immediately with a well established company based in Crick (NN6 postcode)


The company specialises in the design and supply of quality irrigation systems and is a small but friendly working environment.

You will be assisting with the manufacture and despatch greenhouses and cold frames.

The hours are Monday to Friday days - 8.30am to 5pm and the hourly rate is £9ph.


As the Factory Operative, you will be required to:

  • Perform a variety of production tasks including punching, packing and despatching.
  • Carry out assembly of components as required.
  • Manual Handling including loading and unloading of vehicles, packing glass, moving raw materials and stock.
  • Basic quality control
  • Working within the H&S company policies and procedures.

You will receive specific job training, however you will have:

  • Experience in working in a busy factory environment
  • To be able to follow work instructions and job specifications
  • The ability to undertake physical work such as lifting and moving heavy items
  • Drive/have your own transport

Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks


Salary:
£8.00-£9.00 per hour
