Description

The practice operates from 3 sites, so applicants need to be flexible and be prepared to travel across the sites.

The practice has branch sites in Parsloes Avenue RM9 5QP and Ripple Road Barking IG11 7PR

Good customer service skills essential.

Experience working in a doctors surgery desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

The times of the shifts are either 8am-1.15pm or 1.15 to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. The shifts may vary week to week.

To ensure that the reception area of the practice runs smoothly.

To provide a high level of service to patients, doctors, nurses and other members of the practice team.

Telephone Duties:

Making appointments

Taking Home visit requests

Dealing with general enquires

Contacting other healthcare providers

Ambulance transport bookings

Greeting and directing patients and visitors

Handing out prescriptions

Responding to the needs of doctors and nurses during surgery

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 26.25 per week

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
