With our huge client based in Oldham, we are looking to appoint an experience Personal Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain diaries for the Executive team
- Booking business travel / hotels / restaurants / car rentals for the wider management team
- Organise both onsite and offsite meetings
- Coordinate and book offsite team events
- Manage boardrooms, booking, preparation, organising drinks and lunches as required
- Complete expenses submissions
- Maintain the compliance database
- Administration of the company car scheme, ordering replacement vehicles and manage repairs and insurance correspondence
- Input invoices for travel, hotels and etc
- Administration support for producing reports and internal company documents. amend an presentations
- Provide general support to all administration teams
- Oversee and deal with both internal and external visitors
Profile:
- Must have minimum of 23 years experience as a Personal Assistant
- Have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Packages including Excel
- Confident, clear and polite telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
