An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce solution architect to join a well-known organization on a hybrid working model based in London.

The solution architect will support the full implementation lifecycle from scoping deployment.

The solution architect will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of order management/fulfilment solutions and technologies in the Salesforcecloud solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients, colleagues, and technology partners to clarify, define and architect technology solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Design transformational solutions.
  • Lead and mentor technical resources
  • Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the company

Skills

  • Degree educated
  • 5+ years experience in developing technology solutions
  • 3+ years experience in managing client facing projects
  • Previous Salesforce experience in a Solution Architect role (certification preferred)
  • Strong Order Management and/or Fulfillment solution experiences (Order Orchestration, Allocation, Routing, Payments, Returns, Omnichannel)
  • Solid Ecommerce, store, CRM & ERP related integration experiences
