What you'll be doing
As a Staff Writer, you will produce high quality written content, briefings, explainers and digests as part of a busy online team.
Producing content in a fast paced environment, you will create exciting and engaging news articles while fact checking yourself, making sure all aspects of the story are accurate.
There are also opportunities to take part in our award-winning podcast, The Week Unwrapped, and to contribute to our arts and lifestyle coverage.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Experience of writing in a fastpaced environment
- A keen new sense and interest in domestic and international current affairs
- Experience working with tight deadlines
- The ability to research current affairs and fact check.
- The ability to work on multiple tasks at once
