We are seeking individuals with experience in any of the following, careers guidance, facilitation, counselling, coaching and contributing to developing and teaching leaders and managers.

We are looking for applicants who will primarily support apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours as a Chartered Manager or Senior Leader to achieve success in their end point assessment as they study on higher level degree apprenticeships (level 6 & 7).

You will need to meet with apprentices and their nominated work-based mentors to address their training needs against the apprenticeship standard (skills scan) and will need to record and report progress against the skill scan results at Tripartite Review Meetings at least every 12 weeks to meet the degree apprenticeship standards requirements as required by Ofsted, the appointed inspector of higher degree apprenticeships.

You will work closely with the school Senior Client & Project Manager within the school of Leadership & Organisational Development, Liverpool Business School.
