Description
Fully qualified painter and decorator with previous site experience required for works to estate stairwells and communal walkways.


Previous experiences using TOR coatings or similar Class "0" coatings is preferred but not essential as we can provide on site training.

Previous experience removing coatings is also preferred but not essential as on site training can be given.


These works require operatives to be very tidy whilst working as we have tenants and other operatives in the areas we are decorating.


You will be required to have all the necessary tools to carry out large scale painting projects under a tight schedule and be willing to work on your own when necessary.

PASMA and IPAF would be an advantage but not essential.

Full PPE and CSCS are essential on all of our sites.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 20 weeks


Salary:
£130.00-£160.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cambridge, CB1 2JY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- painting: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (required)
