The Company

The Role
You will lead the ML model development team, with the support of the wider advanced analytics community, that has a strong history of revolutionising the data science field with the use of cutting-edge technologies

You will:

Lead the design and development of various machine learning algorithms, pushing these through to production into AWS environment.
Encourage collaboration across the business, providing insight and knowledge on data science, and growing the data science community and methods used across the business.
Lead through your technical capacity, utilising Python, Docker, and CICD techniques, as well as bringing in new technologies to innovate data science further.

Key Skills & Requirements

Commercial experience building endtoend machine learning models and deploying them into a cloud environment
Able to lead through handson work using Python
Experience leading the delivery of largescale data science projects, coaching and mentoring junior members.
