The Role:


  • Day to day management of the European Technical Support Team.
  • Reviewing and managing workloads and KPIs within the International Technical Support Team.
  • Working alongside the HQ leadership team and internal departments to ensure excellent customer support for all Randox customers.
  • Use of complaint logging software.
  • Please note, this role will involve supporting a global customer base and, as such, regular international travel may be required
  • Essential:
_

  • A degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or an equivalent life science degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Competent in dealing with people.
  • Excellent knowledge of Randox products.
  • Desirable: _
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Relevant laboratory experience.
