What you will do
As a Senior Customer Resolutions Executive, you will carry out the principle duties of the Customer Resolutions Executive Role.

In addition, you will provide support to leadership including the oversight of task completion, involvement in initiatives to improve the customer's experience both within and outside of their engagement with the Customer Resolutions Team, and provision of coaching and support to team members as required.


What you will bring
Practical experience working in complex regulated complaint handling.

Knowledge of vehicle finance industry and in particular complaints relating to vehicle finance (e.g. service, asset quality, affordability).
