Our Forest Brow Care Home is currently looking for an Operations Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to the Home, to support the delivery of great care, and a homely atmosphere for our residents.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- General office duties, documentation, updating systems and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to support the smooth running of the home
- Interacting with our residents in a kind and caring way, supporting the Homes ethos of providing a safe, caring and homely place to live
- Supporting with new colleague onboarding processes, rota and payroll information
- Maintaining company records and data regarding our residents, quality and compliance audits, staffing and the home environment
- Liaising regularly with head office ensuring necessary information is communicated promptly and effectively
Key Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of people
- Proficient in MS Office with strong systems experience
- Organised and detailedorientated

£22,000.00 per year
