Shift Supervisor - 6 months Fixed-Term Contract
Are you passionate about the food production industry and looking to lead a team? Or perhaps you're an experienced Shift Supervisor seeking a temporary opportunity while exploring long-term options?

Role Overview:

As a Shift Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include overseeing production, packaging, and team performance to uphold top-notch quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

You will report directly to the Shift Manager, collaborating with departments such as quality assurance, engineering, warehouse management, health and safety, and technical staff.

Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a related field
Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire teams
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance protocols
Detail-oriented mindset focusing on precision and productivity
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
