The big problem is that there is so much of it it's very difficult to manage, organise and really get the information that you need.

  • Prospecting potential new customers – this will include cold calling (preferred activity) but will be supplemented with strategic LinkedIn & Email work.
  • Working towards targets - you'll be working towards regular activity targets (call time, calls made etc).
  • Conversations with decision makers – you'll be looking to have conversations with IT Managers,& Heads of IT to understand what pains and challenges they're facing and how your solution could help them.
