We are a developed Solar PV installation company, specialising in domestic and commercial installations.

You role will be to provide support to our Compliance Manager, including liaison with key individuals, and ensure consistent and accurate collation of information required for installations of solar PV systems.

Duties

Liaise with contractors to obtain all correct documentation.
Ensuring all documents sent in are correctly filed away and updated throughout the internal systems.
Liaising with customers, appointment booking, collecting payments, answering queries.
Using sites and software such as TRELLO, PCLIP, MCS, EPVS, HIES & google sheets (full training will be given however experience in these would be advantageous).
Liaising and making arrangements with regular subcontractors for the solar installations

Experience

Experience using software systems.
Computer Literate.
Selfmotivated with excellent communication
Computer literate with office skills
Experience working with all Microsoft programmes systems is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment, unsupervised and to your own initiative.
Ability to communicate clearly and simply with clients and coworkers is a must.
