Description
This is an exciting time to join the Haematology and blood transfusion department. The department is a new purpose built laboratory with several new platforms.


Associate Practitioners work as part of a team supporting the Biomedical Scientific staff in the effective provision of the Blood Sciences service.

Biomedical Scientists analyse blood, body fluids, for the presence or absence of abnormal pathology. This information can then be used to enable diagnosis and also monitor the effectiveness of treatment.
