This will include travelling around the country, staying out 3-4 nights per week every week ensuring all installations are completed within set time scales.
You will be communicating with customers and the office throughout the installation.You will need to organise the site to ensure it is efficient and safe for staff and children and ensure all receipts are kept for the submission of expenses.
As you will be working in close proximity to children a valid DBS check is essential.Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organise the site ensuring it is safe for yourself and the customer
- Work to strict deadlines to ensure jobs are completed as planned
- Liaise with customers to arrange ETAs and site access information
- Use of a variety of power tools
- Complete & submit expenses as required
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times, maximising the customer experience
- Loading & unloading of company vehicle at the beginning & end of each week
- Undertake work related training courses as required
- Staying away 4 nights per week accommodation is booked for you, and you will receive subsistence payments
The Correct person must have:
- Experience in using power tools minimum 1 year (E)
- Ability to work on your own (E)
- Confident communication skills (E)
- Ability to prioritise workload with strong organisational skills(E)
- Attention to detail & accuracy (E)
- Excellent communication skills (E)
- A full UK driving license (E)
- A DBS certificate (or willing to undergo checks) (E)
- Ability to problem solve & use initiative (E)
- Professional manner (E)
- Capable of working well under pressure & meeting deadlines (E)
Desirable:
- Experience installing outdoor play equipment (D)
- Experience in a role that includes travelling to various sites (D)
- Experience of Construction/Groundworks (D)
- Valid CSCS (D)
- 20 days of paid annual leave
- 8 days bank holidays (dates as defined within your employment contract)

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
