Key skills:


  • Previous experience of managing a software implementation project / multiple projects involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain project plans and documentation
  • Exceptional administration and planning skills
  • Being able to manage multiple ERP project implementations whilst collaborating with your team to help identify priorities
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships
  • Selfmotivation, tenacity, influencing skills, people management, and a passion for technology are required.
  • Driven, detail oriented, and enjoys a challenge
  • All applicants must hold a full driving licence

Preferred skills & experience:


  • Experience of project management tools
  • Hold formal Project Management qualifications
  • Familiarity of stockist and distributor software, accounts, CRM, ERP or SAP
  • A basic understanding of general business processes purchasing, stock management, sales, invoicing
  • Experience with teamwork project management software

Job description:

Are you an enthusiastic, customer-centric Project Leader with experience in software implementation who has the skills and experience you believe will contribute to the growth of OGL Software? Then we want to hear from you


Your role will be to schedule projects to complete on time and to budget, run meetings, plan, and manage the projects, track and log each stage, mitigate risk, scope, and creep, keep great documentation, allocate resources appropriately, manage the stakeholders, manage your own and the ERP consultants' time effectively, deal with client conflict, and ensure that each project is delivered to a high standard and is a success.

Projects are fast paced, and requirements can change at any time, so you need to be comfortable working in this type of environment.


Working closely with our customers, Implementation Consultants, Data Migration Analysts and Support teams combined with a very supportive and knowledgeable leadership team, you will have complete end to end ownership of your assigned implementation projects.

Your calm drive and determination will ensure we deliver successful implementations with a focus on excellence.

The key aspects of your success will come from excellent communication, teamwork, and innovation.

You will need to think on your feet and not only engage customers who want to learn more about the system, but also be able to offer advice and guidance to help customers embrace the digital transformation of their business.


It is essential to us that we get to know our customers and their business, so you will be required to make onsite visits during the course of a project to ensure a successful collaboration.

Responsibilities:


  • Administration of project management systems keeping all project communications, updates and actions centrally documented
  • Setting and maintaining realistic customer expectations
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, being comfortable with hosting meetings remotely and in person with customers and your team
  • Create, develop, and nurture strong and dynamic relationships with our customers
  • Develop a strong view of the service our customers receive, working with the rest of the team to provide a worldclass customer experience
  • Keep up to date with new features in our software releases
  • Collaboration with key project stakeholders, ensuring milestones are fully documented and achieved
  • Identify project concerns & queries and work collaboratively with the Implementation Consultants, Data Migration Analysts and the OGL Software leadership team to ensure a swift resolution
  • Work closely with other Project Leaders, adopting a mindset of improvement and innovation, to streamline the implementation processes and framework
  • Ensure customer projects adhere to our implementation framework and are delivered within budget and on time in line with services purchased
  • Coach and guide customers, and colleagues, to achieve the desired outcome for each project milestone, ensuring a positive overall project
