Vice President of Sales - London, United Kingdom - Flexjet Europe

***FXAIR Europe builds on the success of PrivateFly and FXAIR US, the launch of our European outfit will bring industry-leading solutions to the charter market - uniquely combining owned, managed and open-market fleets across on-demand and structured products.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team
- Work in partnership with the Vice President of Charter Operations to determine best practices for attaining annual AOP
- Responsible for building out the sales team to ensure new team members are onboarded effectively.
- Act as key liaison between functioning groups within FXAIR as well as extended groups within sister companies, examples such as Sentient, FlexJet and FlexJet Europe
- Regular engagement with the Flexjet team management to identify clients with shared ownership potential.
- Problem solve, mediate issues and act as a sounding board for idea.
- Proactive and measured outbound sales team management to build and maintain a diverse client base.
- Ensure sales team are selling the right products and services for their client's current requirements.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding sales performance. Setting and managing FXAIR targets and KPIs on Revenue/Margin/New Business/Referrals.
- Ensure consistency of the sales approach, including customer segmentation, commercial & pricing policies, forecasting capabilities, implementation of 'best rules', sales force engagement, multichannel sales and digital sales
- Take a dynamic approach to sales team management, pivoting with market trends and external challenges.
- Coordinate and manage regular team meetings, including at least one annual Sales Conference.
- Collaborate and build strong links with key stakeholders throughout the business.
- Embody the brand and make a positive contribution to the FXAIR Culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience in luxury sales management.
- BA degree or equivalent from a twoyear college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the business aviation industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
- Language skills are advantageous.
