Fintech Rec recruit on behalf of some of the most recognized brands within FX and Payments.
Our client, who last year became FCA regulated, is currently seeking to bring in highly driven, self-motivated individuals to join their Corporate Sales team as a Junior Account Executive.
Following an incredibly bullish first few years of trading (last year being a record year, clearing £2m+ in profit) they are looking for the right individuals to work with the existing sales team and to support their aggressive growth targets.
Whilst experience in FX is not essential, the individual is expected to have at least a basic understanding of finance.
This job ensures large growth prospects for the individual should they perform well and regularly meet targets.
Opportunities to progress would include becoming a Senior Account Executive (once targets have been met) and further future potential promotion for '360 Dealer' positions.
Normal working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm, however Junior Account Executives would at times be expected to work over and above these hours to ensure and maintain maximum performance in the role.

Roles & Responsibilities_
- Joining a quickly expanding desk to focus on Corporate Sales
- Establish and manage current and new relationships with corporate clients
- Assisting clients by providing knowledge and expertise regarding the FX market
- Ability to build relationships with large/mid cap Corporate Clients
- Professionally deliver presentations and pitches to new prospective clients.
- Meeting with clients and monthly company social events

- Starting Salary: £18,000 Base + commission & incentives (Y1 OTE ~ £30,000+).
