Position:
Finance & Supply Chain Assistant

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
** Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days homebased**
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE


You will be reporting into the Supply Chain Manager and with significant interaction with the Customer Services team and Marketing team as well as the Group Supply Chain & Demand Planning team.

The role will take responsibility for performing a wide varietyof day to day supply chain and demand planning duties verifying accuracy, completeness and consistency of sales forecast and inventory levels.


Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate posting of UK & ROI deliveries along with creation and delivery of associated paperwork, monitoring of wholesaler orders vs stock balance, regular stock reconciliation & completion of the ROI Procurement file
  • Collect external & internal information to perform analytical work on the data and demand plan
  • Challenge sales teams and marketing teams (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, competitor's actions, distribution channels evolution) with relevant data analysis
  • Validate data inputs to the forecast and review and contribute to improve the statistical forecasts
  • Ensure processes & tools are efficient and, in coordination with the Global team and local BI team, manage corrections when necessary to contribute to the evolution of processes & tools
