We are actively looking for a Pre-Fabrication Administrator to support our Fabrication team at Kane.


Key Responsibilities

  • Compiling daily headcount tracker and assisting Fabrication manager with assigning job cost reports.
  • Develop, track and issue weekly logístical planner, liaising with site teams to arrange deliveries & collections.
  • Raising delivery dispatch notes in line with the logístical planner.
  • Conducting customer feedback questionnaire and review process.
  • Updating drawing registers and assisting with document upload to 4 projects.
  • Maintaining internal registers for training, tools & equipment.
  • Assisting the Fabrication Manager with permits, both raising and filing of these.
  • Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to track material deliveries and balances.
  • Assisting with internal audits, preparing for and closing actions raised from said audits.
  • Attending team meetings, taking & distributing minutes, as well as liaising with relevant personnel to ensure a timely closure of actions.

Qualification

Essential

  • 5 GCSE's

Experience & Knowledge

Essential

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office software Inc. Excel, Outlook and Word

Desirable

  • Experience working within a construction company
