Are you a Private Client Lawyer (qualified or un-qualified) looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our well-established Client based in Lymington are looking for someone with 2 years experience working in the Private Client sector.

We are seeking someone enthusiastic and driven to join our clients Lymington team.

You will have a proven track record working on a range of Private Client matters to include Probate, Wills, LPA's, Tax and Trusts.

You will be part of a small team with fullexposure to a varied caseload, building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Drafting of Wills and Codicils to include complex Wills
  • Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Administration of estates and trusts to include taxable and nontaxable
  • Registration of Trusts
  • Drafting Deeds of Variation
  • Inheritance tax and succession planning
  • Management of Client affairs under LPA's or Deputyship Order


It is an advantage to have a full, clean driving licence, and should have insurance to travel for work purposes.
