Our higher education client is currently recruiting for a System Administrator, this is a permanent position, salary £34,502, start ASAP, hours Mon-Fri working 9am-5pm, this is a hybrid working role and you will be required to work in the office two days a week.

The location of the office is London Bridge area.


Duties;

  • To be the primary administrator for troubleshooting concerns with the allocations system and it's interfaces and coordinate the resolution of issues.
  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of allocations and billing data in the allocation system.
  • Assists in developing processes and protocols for information technology business processes and needs and acts as first line support and liaison with the allocations system provider and IT.
  • Be attentive to trends or concerns and provide feedback to the Allocations Supervisor and the Allocations Manager to potential problems and suggest solutions
  • Assist with staff system training in regard to the allocations process and occupancy management
  • Assist with financial transactions related to occupancy management and act as a liaison with Credit Control for the accommodation invoicing process.
  • Prepare regular reports to the Allocations Manager based on system data to support decisions and senior management briefings
  • To handle allocations enquiries and escalate matters when required.
  • To support the contact centre team at key times of the year with handling allocations enquiries
