An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Project Management Team in the Transformation/Change unit to provide professional and technical estates support to the Property Manger on our Commercial Property and Housing portfolio.

We are looking for an excellent team player with good estates knowledge and communication skills to help us manage all estates matters including resident's enquiries and see them through to completion.

The successful applicant will have the ability to prioritise tasks, meet strict deadlines and work with a range of stakeholders including senior officers of the council, Elected Members, members of the public and contractors.

The working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday but some flexibility will be required for training and service requirements.
