Description

Duties & Responsibilites include:


  • Maintain the purchase ledger system
  • Maintain fixed asset register (using Sage Line 50 and Excel versions)
  • Maintain the chart of accounts on Sage and Excel.
  • Maintain sales ledger and credit control using Sage Line 50
  • Monitor cash inflow
  • Prepare the monthly prompt payment statistics and other KPI data for publication on website
  • Prepare monthly payroll input information for 3rd party supplier
  • Calculate pension contributions

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of SageLine50
  • Good IT skills, Excel essential
  • Able to start work immediately

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: - 4 months


Salary:
£33,200.00 per year
