Description
Duties & Responsibilites include:
- Maintain the purchase ledger system
- Maintain fixed asset register (using Sage Line 50 and Excel versions)
- Maintain the chart of accounts on Sage and Excel.
- Maintain sales ledger and credit control using Sage Line 50
- Monitor cash inflow
- Prepare the monthly prompt payment statistics and other KPI data for publication on website
- Prepare monthly payroll input information for 3rd party supplier
- Calculate pension contributions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SageLine50
- Good IT skills, Excel essential
- Able to start work immediately
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: - 4 months
Salary:
£33,200.00 per year
