Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of activities and programs for residents in a Residential home.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Create a monthly calendar of events and distribute to residents and staff.
  • Coordinate special events, birthday celebrations, and community outings.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure activities are tailored to meet the needs and interests of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities.
  • Provide support and assistance to residents during activities as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff members.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.50 per hour
