Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of activities and programs for residents in a Residential home.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
- Create a monthly calendar of events and distribute to residents and staff.
- Coordinate special events, birthday celebrations, and community outings.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure activities are tailored to meet the needs and interests of each resident.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities.
- Provide support and assistance to residents during activities as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff members.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Job Types:

£11.50 per hour
