An exciting opportunity for a confident, forward-thinking SEO Manager has become available in central Cardiff.

Hoop Professional Services are delighted to be conducting this search on behalf of a rapidly growing company, with ambitious plans for the future.

Professional without being corporate, this dynamic company is on the lookout for a results-driven SEO Manager to work closely with the Department Head to deliver on Lead Generation, Team Management and SEO Innovation targets.

As a member of the senior leadership of the firm, you will have the support to make critical decisions, to follow your creative and technical instincts, and to actively impact the direction and success of the company as a whole.


What You'll Do:


  • Utilise your SEO skills and experience to grow the visibility of the company, drive website traffic, and generate leads
  • Create and monitor innovative SEO strategies, setting targets and tracking efficacy.
Improve rankings via link building strategies

  • Stay uptodate on new developments in the field
  • Perform keyword research to identify new lead opportunities
  • Use various analytics to review performance, including GA, Search Console and SEMrush.
  • Work closely with the Head of SEO to manage and develop junior staff

What You'll Need:


  • A thorough understanding of onpage, offpage and technical SEO, ideally with a min of 3 years experience
  • Management experience within a Digital Marketing or SEO specific context
  • A strong editorial eye for both SEO and content
  • A track record of improving metrics
  • Complete confidence in using Google Analytics, SEMrush & AHREFS

What You'll Get:


  • Flexitime, with no core hours or weekend work required. Accrued time can be made to a max of 12 extra days of Annual Leave.
