We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator. The role will report directly to the Programme Director and will provide full admin support to the Programme Director.


The purpose of this role is to support the Programme Director with the day to day running of their Business, providing comprehensive and professional administration assistance to ensure the needs of the Business are met.

Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in an agile environmentare critical skills required to succeed. Managing your own workload, interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and building strong relationships will be essentialfor success, alongside with absolute discretion and confidentiality

More about the role:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programme Director, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Diary management
  • Screening phone calls, customer, client and employee enquiries and taking appropriate actions
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and events
  • Record actions and minutes as necessary
  • Client Management: Booking hospitality and entertainment
  • Creating, formatting and sending out internal weekly Communications and updates
  • Producing presentations, documents and briefing papers

Who you are:


  • Previous experience as an admin support
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally
  • Able to priories and multitask under pressure
  • Professional, efficient, persistent and selfmotivated, a real team player.
  • An organiser with good use of time management to meet deadlines.
  • Selfconfident, assertive, flexible and approachable.
  • Personable with a cando attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data
  • Discretion, tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive issues.
  • Strong coordination and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills includingability to run live events, eg on Microsoft Teams
