Sports Coach - Barnet - Up to £110 per day

January 2023 start date

£80-£110 per day

FULL TIME Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Do you have a background in delivering sports? Are you searching for the perfect next step to kick your career into overdrive?

If so, then this could be the opportunity for you. Engage Education are currently looking to recruit a Sports Coach to support a secondary school in Barking and Dagenham.

It would be highly desirable to have a background in sports coaching or a BSc in Sports Science.

This school caters for young people ages 11 to 18. You will need to have a range of behavior management techniques and be comfortable teaching whole classes of pupils.

Your Role:

  • Teaching pre planned PE sessions to a variety of ages from Year 7 to Year 1
  • Managing behaviour and working with vulnerable students
  • Supporting those diagnosed with ASC & SEMH

  • A range of behaviour management techniques
  • To have worked with learners with a range of needs
  • The ability to reengage a young person in learning through a range of methods
  • To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time
