Halliwell Jones Chester is looking for a Costing Clerk.Your role
The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, recently modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and
BMW Sales.
Your responsibilities:
- To maximise efficiency in all administration areas relating to the costing office.
- To deal with on a daily basis retail, warranty, internal, service package, one link and lease company invoicing.
- To ensure the completion of all internal and external service invoices.
- To monitor Work In Progress daily.
Your profile
- Excellent administration and communication skills.
- A commitment to proving excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop and keep uptodate with product information.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and teamorientated personality.
