My Client, an International Bank, is looking to hire an Associate for their Commercial Banking team that specialises in the Healthcare & Tech sectors.

If you are an are a Corporate Banking professional at the Associate/Senior Analyst level who is energeticand motivated to succeed, this is a fantastic opportunity for you


Responsibilities:


  • Originate corporate and investment banking business across Healthcare & TMT sector clients in Europe.
  • Identifying solutions for a wide array of clients and working toward increasing your ownership of these relationships.
  • Being actively involved in assisting in the structuring and underwriting of new deals.
  • Source and build relationships with Healthcare & TMT clients.
  • Understand the client's business needs to generate advisory, ideas and solutions.
  • Originating and executing various products, such as Structured Finance, Cash & Trade, DCM, ECM, M&A, and Treasury.
  • Supervise juniors on origination, technical and execution skills.

Requirements:


  • 14 Years of experience in Corporate / Investment Banking, including DCM, ECM or M&A Advisory and Relationship Management experiences.
  • An undergraduate degree in the field of finance, economics or accounting is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Specific experience in either the Consumer or Technology sectors is preferred, but not required.
