OFFICE BASED ROLE- OCCASIONAL HOME WORKING
SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Can you think differently? Can you challenge conventional wisdom?
A genuinely innovative and dynamic B2B & B2C 'growth hacker' is sought by a ground-breaking start-up in the fintech / Proptechmarket.
You'll also be accountable for driving upper funnel B2C traffic and conversion of leads across both our property portals and social media outreach.
You'll be adept at thinking outside of the box, using conventional and non-conventional ways of generating leads and raising our profile in these vertices.
You will find optimal ways to grow our client base and enhance our conversion rate to sign up, with a focus on digital but solid through the line experience.
As our evangelist, you'll have a great understanding of our 'why, able to connect with our clientbase, be responsible for brand integrity, campaign conceptualisation, copy creation and asset delivery.
You'll be comfortable liaising with and managing external media partners and outsourced creative support to deliver on time, on budget and excellent ROI.
This is a hands-on role, and would be advantageous if you are able to create and write some content yourself.
The role requires a high performing self-starting, data and numbers obsessed marketing professional who is comfortable with working under high pressure and with high expectations from management and the company.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who would look at creative ways to assist in achieving our aggressive 5-year growth plans.

- Comfortable with performing under pressure at a relentless pace across multiple product lines
- 3+ years of relevant, proven high performance marketing experience
- Strong communicator and a great team player.
- Hands on expert in all digital acquisition channels
- You talk almost exclusively in LTVs, CTRs, CPCs, ROI, conversion rates and eventbased marketing
- Comfortable managing marketing budgets and spend
- Excellent systems thinker and marketing problem solver with a strong eye for strict conventions
- Obsessed with improving optimisation throughout the entire user flow
- You'll need to be an expert, or at least really comfortable with using Google Analytics, Google Tag
Mailchimp, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
**Responsibilities: - Daily management, optimisation and reporting on all key digital acquisition channels
- Ownership of all digital marketing channels, including content
- Effectively managing marketing spend on a daily basis.
- Analysis and reporting on key marketing activities, daily, weekly, or as needed.
- Drive key business metrics including leads and opportunities.
- Manage and optimise key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages,
- Take ownership of any website marketing assets, including the website landing pages, various
- Competitive analysis and reporting
- Manage all data inputs so we have a clear picture of the entire marketing machine
- Optimise automation flows, primarily with Zapier and Intercom (we also use Salesforce).
