Job summary
Equans is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Lead to join the AP team based from our office in Quorum Business Park on a permanent basis.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.You'll be based at our brand new, super modern Shared Services office in Newcastle, which is a dynamic multifunctional operation, were our people are committed to delivering great services that enable our business to meet its goals.

Lead manage support Accounts Payable team ensuring efficiency effectiveness accounts payable process
Oversee review authorise payment non-PO invoice payments
Manage OCR solution appropriate levels validation carried out regular basis
Ensure all invoices processed line Service Level Agreement maintained below specified level
Manage submission aged invoices suppliers ensure good housekeeping place
Keep abreast all relevant legislation relation Accounts Payable service
Investigate issues quality errors invoice processing daily basis
Manager resolve queries SLAs communicating key stakeholders necessary
