CMA Recruitment Group is working closely with an extremely successful service provider, the UK's largest in their niche area.

We are supporting the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant for a fixed term period to cover maternity leave and the role will basedin their offices in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Hybrid working will be available after the initial training period along with a market leading benefits package.


What will the temporary Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Supporting the monthly payroll, making payments and processing invoices;
  • Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes;
  • Allocation of incoming payments;
  • Matching and processing purchase ledger invoices, reconciling statements;
  • CIS returns;
  • Ad hoc supporting duties.
  • Ideally AAT qualified, however QBE will the right level of experience will be considered;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise at all levels;
  • First class attention to detail, flexible and adaptable approach.
