We are looking for a new member for Policy Fellowships team to support the delivery and improvement of the Policy Fellowships Programme
.

The role


Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey as a Programme Assistant with our dynamic Policy Fellowships team? This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a close-knit and friendly team of three, working collaboratively to make real impact.

As a Programme Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our mission, delivering our flagship Fellowships Programme, where we bring together civil servants and policymakers with our outstanding experts and engineers.

You'll play a crucial role in helping them think differently and shape the future of policymaking.


Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling meetings, preparing compelling presentations, maintaining our information systems, and coordinating the logistics of our key events, including the prestigious Annual Alumni dinner and Policy Fellowships Showcase.

This year's event featured Tamara Finkelstein CB, Permanent Secretary at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, as our keynote speaker.

Your work will also involve managing website updates, and ensuring the smooth flow of feedback to continually improve our programmes.

Your role isn't just administrative; it's transformative. You'll be part of a culture of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and resources to drive our team's success. Your contributions will shape the future of policy development and the impact it has on society.

Our light, spacious offices are based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James's Park and close to the West End.

We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline 2 days a week in the office.
